Design
Bring finished artwork or brief our studio. We recreate samples to spec, approve the shade card with you, and issue your quote.
- ST 02
Pre-Press
Every file is colour-corrected and verified print-ready. Plates are exposed, dies and tooling are made ready for the press.
- ST 03
Printing
Offset presses run the volume work, digital handles short runs. Sharp detail and consistent colour, sheet after sheet.
- ST 04
Finishing
UV coating and lamination go on after printing. Embossing, debossing and foiling are applied before the cut, where the job calls for them.
- ST 05
Die Cutting
Steel rule dies cut every sheet clean, from standard cartons to intricate custom shapes.
- ST 06
Breaking
The breaking section strips each piece from the cut sheet, ready for assembly.
- ST 07
Pasting
The automatic pasting machine glues and builds each carton. Your packaging is ready for dispatch.

Do you print pharmaceutical cartons, mono cartons and leaflets?
Yes. Pharmaceutical packaging is our forte. We print folding cartons, mono cartons and patient information leaflets for regulated manufacturers, and have served clients including Searle, CCL, Remington and Schazoo from our Lahore plant since 1989.
What is the minimum order quantity for offset printing?
Our offset minimum is 50,000 units. Below that, digital printing is usually the better fit, and we run both processes in-house so we can quote your job either way.
Can you handle design, printing and packaging under one roof?
Yes. Design, offset and digital printing, UV printing, flexography and gravure, finishing and pasting all run in-house in Lahore. One team is answerable for the whole job, from artwork to dispatch.
How quickly can I get a quote?

Where are you located, and do you supply outside Lahore?
We are at 6/A Industrial Block, Allama Iqbal Town, Lahore. We supply clients across Pakistan and produce export-quality packaging for international buyers.
What print finishes do you offer?
UV coating, spot UV, dotted UV, matte and gloss lamination, gold, silver and bronze foiling, embossing, debossing, and Pantone spot-colour printing. Every finish is done in-house.
Offset or digital printing, which should I choose?
Run size decides. Digital wins for short runs, prototypes and variable data. Offset wins above the crossover point on unit cost, board choice and colour consistency. Because we run both, we can compare the two on your actual numbers.
Do you offer sustainable or eco-friendly packaging?
Yes. Our plant runs on solar power, we recycle production waste, and we print on recyclable paperboard including solid bleached board, so a pharma or retail carton can meet sustainability goals without losing print quality.
