2. Quotes
Quotes are estimates based on the specifications you provide and are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. A quote is not a binding contract, and final pricing may change if specifications, quantities, materials, artwork or delivery requirements change.
3. Orders, confirmation and minimum quantity
An order is confirmed once you approve the final specification, artwork proof and shade card, pricing is agreed, and any required advance payment is received. The minimum order quantity is 50,000 units. Production begins after your written or signed approval.
4. Over-runs and under-runs
By trade practice, the delivered quantity may vary from the ordered quantity by up to plus or minus 10 percent. You will be invoiced for the quantity actually delivered.
5. Proofs, artwork and approval
You are responsible for checking and approving proofs, die-lines and shade cards before production. Once approved, production follows the approved proof, and we are not liable for errors, typographical mistakes or omissions present in approved artwork. You confirm that you own or are licensed to use all artwork, logos and content you supply and that they do not infringe any third party rights.
6. Customer-supplied materials
Where you supply materials, substrates, films or artwork, we are not responsible for their quality, suitability or performance, or for defects arising from them.
7. Colour and variation
Printing involves natural variation. Colour on screen differs from print, and variation between runs is normal within the tolerances stated above. Approving a proof or shade card confirms you accept the colour and content shown.
8. Payment and retention of title
Payment terms are as stated on your quote or invoice, and rates are exclusive of sales tax. Unless agreed otherwise, orders require advance payment or a deposit before production, with the balance due before dispatch or within 30 days of the invoice date. Goods remain our property until they are paid for in full. Late payment may delay or suspend production and supply.
9. Delivery, risk and storage
Delivery timelines are estimates given in good faith and depend on order confirmation, artwork approval, payment and material availability. Supplies are ex works, and risk passes to you on dispatch or collection. Once goods are handed to a courier we are not liable for delay or damage in transit. Finished goods not collected within an agreed period may be stored at your risk and cost.
10. Quality and claims
We apply quality control at every stage and do not release work that fails our standards. If you believe a delivered order is defective, notify us within 7 days of delivery with details and samples so we can inspect and, where a fault is confirmed, resolve it. Claims made outside this window or without samples may not be accepted.
11. Cancellation
Orders cancelled after confirmation are subject to charges for work completed and materials committed up to the point of cancellation.
12. Force majeure
We are not liable for delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including utility or power failure, equipment breakdown, strikes, import or supply delays, and natural events.
13. Confidentiality
We keep your artwork and order details confidential and use them only to fulfil your job. We may retain samples of completed work for our records and portfolio unless you ask us in writing not to.
14. No warranty and fitness for purpose
Goods are produced to conform to the specification, proof and shade card you approve, and to no other standard. To the fullest extent permitted by law we give no warranty, express or implied, that goods are fit for any particular purpose, market or regulatory requirement beyond that approved specification. Confirming that the product, its materials, its artwork and its intended end use are suitable, safe and lawful is your responsibility, not ours. This matters especially for regulated products such as pharmaceutical and food packaging, where responsibility for labelling accuracy and regulatory compliance rests with you.
15. Limitation of liability
You accept that the price of an order reflects the allocation of risk set out in these terms. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, including loss of profit, revenue, production, goodwill, contracts or opportunity, or for any product recall, regulatory penalty, or claim arising from your product or its use, however caused and whether in contract, tort including negligence, or otherwise.
Our total aggregate liability for any claim connected with an order is limited to the amount you actually paid us for that order. Where we accept liability, we may discharge it in full, at our sole option, by re-supplying or reprinting the affected goods or by issuing a credit or refund limited to that amount. Nothing in these terms excludes any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under the law of Pakistan.
16. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless PrintVision (Farooq Trading Corporation), its owners, employees and agents against all claims, demands, losses, damages, fines, penalties, costs and legal fees arising out of or connected with: artwork, logos, text, designs, barcodes or content you supply or approve, including any claim that they infringe a trademark, copyright, patent or other right; materials, films or substrates you supply; your product itself, including its formulation, labelling, safety, marketing and compliance with any law or regulation; your breach of these terms; and any third party or end user claim relating to goods we produced to the specification you approved. This obligation continues after your order is completed or cancelled.
17. Use of the website
You agree to use the site lawfully and not to misuse the quote, contact or portal features. Website content, branding and design are the property of PrintVision and may not be copied without permission.
18. Severability
If any provision of these terms is held invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be reduced or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will stay in full force. If any limitation of liability in these terms is held unenforceable, the narrowest limitation and the lowest cap on liability permitted by law will apply in its place.
19. Entire agreement
These terms, together with our quotation and order confirmation, are the entire agreement between you and PrintVision for your order, and replace any earlier discussion, representation or understanding. No change to these terms is binding on us unless we agree to it in writing.
20. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last revised. Continued use of the site or placing an order after changes means you accept the updated terms.
21. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and any dispute is subject to the courts of Lahore.
