1. Information we collect

We collect the information you give us directly and some information automatically as you use the site.

• ·Contact and quote details: your name, company, email address, phone number, the project details you enter, and any artwork files you upload.
• ·Order and account details: information needed to prepare, price, produce and deliver your job, and, for portal users, your login and the records tied to your company.
• ·Communications: the content of messages you send us by form, live chat, email or WhatsApp, and our replies.
• ·Usage and device data: pages visited, referring links, approximate location, browser and device type, and how you interact with pages. This is collected through cookies and similar technologies, including analytics and heatmapping tools, and only with your consent for non-essential cookies.

2. How we use your information

• ·To respond to your quote requests and enquiries, and to prepare and send you a quote.
• ·To contact you about your request or order by phone, email and WhatsApp, including calling you to discuss specifications, confirm details, share proofs and arrange delivery.
• ·To process, produce, invoice and deliver your printing and packaging orders.
• ·To operate the client portal and show you your own invoices, orders and records.
• ·To understand how the site is used and to improve its content, performance and usability.
• ·To meet our legal, accounting and record-keeping obligations, and to prevent fraud and abuse.

3. Legal bases for processing

Where the EU or UK General Data Protection Regulation applies to you, we rely on one or more of these legal bases to process your personal data:

• ·Contract: to prepare a quote, produce and deliver an order, and operate the client portal at your request.
• ·Consent: to send you marketing messages and to set non-essential analytics and heatmapping cookies. You can withdraw consent at any time.
• ·Legitimate interests: to run, secure and improve our site and business, to prevent fraud and abuse, and to respond to your enquiries, where those interests are not overridden by your rights.
• ·Legal obligation: to meet our tax, accounting and other legal record-keeping duties.

4. Consent to be contacted

When you submit a quote request, contact form or place an order, you consent to us contacting you by phone, email and WhatsApp using the details you provide, for the purpose of responding to and fulfilling that request. You can ask us to stop marketing communications at any time. Communications directly about your active quote or order are part of providing the service.

5. Cookies, analytics and heatmapping

We use cookies and similar technologies. Essential cookies keep the site working and are always on. With your consent we also use analytics and heatmapping cookies.

Google Analytics helps us understand traffic and how visitors move through the site. Heatmapping tools record anonymised interaction data such as clicks, scrolls and mouse movement to show us how pages are used. These tools may set their own cookies and process data on our behalf.

You choose whether to allow non-essential cookies through the consent banner shown on your first visit, and you can change your choice at any time by clearing the site data in your browser. Declining does not affect the core functionality of the site.

6. How we share your information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for money or for cross-context behavioural advertising. We disclose it only as needed to run our business and serve you:

• ·Service providers (processors) who host our systems and infrastructure, send email, or process analytics and heatmapping on our behalf, under contracts that limit them to our instructions.
• ·Couriers, logistics and production partners involved in fulfilling and delivering your order.
• ·Professional advisers such as accountants, auditors and lawyers, where needed.
• ·Authorities, regulators or courts where we are required to by law, or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
• ·A successor entity in the event of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, subject to this policy.

7. International data transfers

We are based in Pakistan, and our service providers may store or process data in other countries, including outside the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom. Where we transfer personal data internationally, we take steps to ensure a comparable level of protection, such as using providers that offer recognised safeguards, for example Standard Contractual Clauses, or that are certified under applicable frameworks. By using the site or contacting us, you understand that your information may be processed in Pakistan and other countries whose data-protection laws may differ from those where you live.

8. How we store, secure and retain your data

Your data is stored in our business systems on managed cloud infrastructure, with access limited to staff and processors who need it to serve you. We use technical and organisational measures such as access controls, encryption in transit and restricted permissions to protect it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes in this policy: for the life of your quote or order and any repeat business, and after that for as long as needed to meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations and to resolve disputes. When it is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.

9. Your privacy rights

Subject to your local law, you may have the right to:

• ·Access the personal information we hold about you and receive a copy.
• ·Correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete.
• ·Delete your personal information.
• ·Restrict or object to certain processing, including direct marketing.
• ·Receive your information in a portable, machine-readable format, and ask us to transfer it where technically feasible.
• ·Withdraw consent at any time, without affecting processing already carried out.

10. Additional rights for the EEA and UK (GDPR)

If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection supervisory authority if you believe we have not handled your data lawfully. We would welcome the chance to address your concern first, so please contact us before you do.

We do not use your personal data for automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects.

11. Your California privacy rights (CCPA and CPRA)

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act, gives you specific rights. In the preceding twelve months we have collected the categories of personal information described in section 1, namely identifiers such as name, email and phone, commercial information such as your orders and enquiries, internet and device activity such as usage and cookie data, and any content you upload. We collect it from you directly and automatically through your use of the site, for the business purposes described in this policy, and we disclose it only to the recipients listed in section 6.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising, as those terms are defined under California law. We have not done so in the preceding twelve months, and we do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16.

As a California resident you have the right to:

• ·Know what personal information we collect, use and disclose, and request a copy.
• ·Delete personal information we have collected, subject to legal exceptions.
• ·Correct inaccurate personal information.
• ·Opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information. We do not sell or share it, so there is nothing to opt out of, but you may contact us to confirm.
• ·Limit the use of sensitive personal information. We do not use sensitive personal information for purposes that trigger this right.
• ·Not receive discriminatory treatment for exercising any of these rights.

12. Exercising your rights

To exercise any right, contact us using the details in the final section. We will verify your request against the information we hold before acting on it, and we will respond within the time your law requires. You may use an authorised agent to submit a request on your behalf, with proof of authorisation. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

13. Third-party links

Our site and messages may link to third-party sites and services, such as our social media pages and WhatsApp. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, not this one.

14. Children

Our services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has given us their information, contact us and we will delete it.

15. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last revised. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated policy.
