• ·Order and account details: information needed to prepare, price, produce and deliver your job, and, for portal users, your login and the records tied to your company.
• ·Usage and device data: pages visited, referring links, approximate location, browser and device type, and how you interact with pages. This is collected through cookies and similar technologies, including analytics and heatmapping tools, and only with your consent for non-essential cookies.

2. How we use your information

• ·To respond to your quote requests and enquiries, and to prepare and send you a quote.
• ·To contact you about your request or order by phone, email and WhatsApp, including calling you to discuss specifications, confirm details, share proofs and arrange delivery.

3. Consent to be contacted

When you submit a quote request, contact form or place an order, you consent to us contacting you by phone, email and WhatsApp using the details you provide, for the purpose of responding to and fulfilling that request. You can ask us to stop marketing communications at any time. Communications directly about your active quote or order are part of providing the service.

4. Cookies, analytics and heatmapping

We use cookies and similar technologies. Essential cookies keep the site working and are always on. With your consent we also use analytics and heatmapping cookies.

Google Analytics helps us understand traffic and how visitors move through the site. Heatmapping tools record anonymised interaction data such as clicks, scrolls and mouse movement to show us how pages are used. These tools may set their own cookies and process data on our behalf.

We keep artwork and order records for as long as needed to fulfil your job, meet our legal and accounting duties, and support repeat orders, after which they are deleted or archived.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only where necessary: with service providers who host our systems or process analytics on our behalf, with couriers and partners involved in delivering your order, and where required by law.

7. Your rights

You may ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop using it for marketing. To make a request, contact us using the details below. We will respond within a reasonable time.

8. Third-party links

Our site and messages may link to third-party sites and services, such as our social media pages and WhatsApp. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, not this one.

9. Children

Our services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
