Six Solna 125 presses and a Heidelberg two-colour press run the offset volume, while our digital press handles short runs, proofs and prototypes with colour faithful to your brand. Flexographic and gravure printing cover labels and flexible materials, and UV printing lays sharp, durable detail onto specialty substrates.
Finishing is where cartons come to life. Four die-cutting machines cut standard and custom shapes clean, two precision leaflet-folding machines fold your inserts, two paper-cutting machines size every sheet, and an automatic pasting machine glues and builds each carton ready for dispatch. Every finish, from UV coating, spot and dotted UV and lamination to gold, silver and bronze foiling, embossing, debossing and Pantone spot colours, is done in-house.

Do you print pharmaceutical cartons and mono cartons?
Yes. Pharmaceutical packaging is our forte. We print folding cartons and mono cartons for regulated manufacturers, and have served clients including Searle, CCL and Schazoo from our Lahore plant since 1989.
Can you produce patient information leaflets and inserts?
Yes. We run two precision leaflet-folding machines for accurate multi-fold inserts, folded to your specification and matched to the carton they ship in.
What tolerances do you hold for pharmaceutical packaging?
Colour varies within plus or minus 5 percent, size within plus or minus 1 mm, and grammage within plus or minus 10 gsm. We approve a shade card with you before production, so what you sign off is what runs.
What is the minimum order quantity?
Offset printing starts at 50,000 units. For smaller runs, prototypes and variable data, our digital press has no minimum, and we run both in-house so we can quote your job either way.
How do you help protect against counterfeiting?
Foiling, embossing, spot UV and Pantone spot colours make packaging harder to copy, and our fully in-house production keeps every stage under our control.
